Benjamin Bracke does his collaborative doctoral project at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Duisburg-Essen as well as the Department of Computer Science of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund. His research focuses on the early prediction of coronary artery disease by leveraging deep learning techniques and multimodal data sources such as medical images, genetic data, as well as clinical and laboratory data. His research interests include multimodal deep learning and computer vision for medical image processing.
