Nicole Krämer is Professor of Social Psychology, Media and Communication at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Faculty of Engineering and heads the Department of Applied Computer and Cognitive Sciences. Nicole Krämer and her team have been researching social psychological aspects of human-technology interaction and computer-mediated communication for many years. The focus is on dealing with and the effect of social media and so-called "fake news" as well as interaction with robots and agents.
