Academic Writing Workshop

On April 25th 2024 professional trainer Kirsten Wächter (https://www.linkedin.com/in/kirstenwaechter73823563) worked with the new cohort of RTG PhD students to write scientific papers in English more effectively and efficiently. Topics included writing organization, grammar & spelling, directing the reader’s attention, avoiding ambiguity and redundancy, building compelling arguments, and how to use online and other tools wisely to improve one’s writing.
