Datavzrd: Rapid programming- and maintenance-free interactive visualization and communication of tabular data

A new publication from Felix Wiegand, Hamdiye Uzuner and Johannes Köster of the RTG highlights Datavzrd, an open-source tool that simplifies the creation of interactive, standalone HTML reports from tabular data. The tool enables researchers to explore and communicate complex datasets without the need for server infrastructure or programming expertise. The work - now published in PLOS ONE - presents Datavzrd as a lightweight solution for integrating interactive visualizations into scientific workflows and publications. It supports reproducible data sharing and has already been used in various publications.
